Gastric Flu - 10/10/06
Yesterday, I was officially down w gastric flu. Diarrhoea... headache... fever... vomiting urge. U name it.. i have it. I only ate 2 slices of pear yesterday. Doc gave me 2 days' mc. He wants me to stay at home so that i wont spread the virus around (it is highly contagious).Best thing is.. the next day, I have a presentation to deliver! Damn.. I had to email my lecturer to inform him about it. Luckily I have an understanding group mate.. she would help me deliver my presentation.
Anw, something happened yesterday.
At ard 9.30pm, I received an sms from cher. She was saying sth like fiona xie was filming live at my block. She asked me to open my door cos fiona xie mite be jus outside my door.
?!!!!
I knew that this is not very possible.. i mean.. fliming at my block at 9.30pm? Somemore there is nothing special abt my block.. except that... I'm living there.
Anw, being kapoh.. i still peered out of my window hoping to catch sight of fiona xie.
Pls... there wasn't any commotion at all. Obviously, I have been tricked.
Cher msged me again.. emphasizing tt i shd jus open my door.
And.. i did so..
Guess wat?
I saw these:
Placed outside my door nicely..
A 'get well soon' msg...
written on a hankerchief
A DUCKIE HANKERCHIEF!!!
A Kitty hankerchief!!!
Haha.. i think onli a few ppl knows the story behind it.

In all, I've received some food & beverages, tiger balm, a toilet cleaner detergent and 3 hankerchiefs.
(why toilet cleaner detergent?!!! ahhaha... according to my mysterious angel, "cos the shape of the detergent.. looks lke a DUCK!!!!" )
WOAHAHAHAHHAH...
When i saw these gifts, I couldnt help but smile to myself.
I din expect Cher to come all the way to my house.. to leave these sweeeet little gifts outside my doorway and leave mysteriously.
This is the sweetest thing someone has done for me.. when i fell sick.
