Mikey is super duper cute in the movie.

It's not simply an animated superhero movie. It's not just about fighting.. about unity. It's about life.. about brotherhood.. about who you are.

Anw, I teared.. when i watched TMNT.
yea.. i was very shocked by my behaviour too. But.. it was truly a moving scene ok! My sister cant believe it when she caught me drying my tears. She kept gigggling at me. *bleah*
Even cartoon characters have their emotions, their difficulties and problems. Don't assume they dun hve it.. jus bcos they are turtles.

A fulfilling month... ;)

Ok, i know.. i haven been updating my blog. What can i say? March is the peak month for projs and term papers. There is this crazy rush for deadlines. I have 5 projs to hand up in March. And.. i'm kinda enjoying the rush.. the need to be productive everyday. Ha.. putting stress to good use huh?






Anw..I had my v first family outing 2 weeks ago (ever since I injured my leg). It was so memorable... we went to catch a movie!! Guess wat we've watched? Nope.. not some cartoon or light-hearted movie. Its............. 'Hannibal Rising'. *Roar ferociously!!!!*
Ya... i know. What a weird choice? Who is tt idiot who chose it? Its me la... Haha.. my parents like to watch a bit of thriller mixed with lots of horror. So, i chose this! Anw, it was so funny. I tot i was silly enuff to watch scary movie (with lots of bloodeh scenes) for my family outing. And guess wat? After about an hour of the screening, there was this lady who brought her 70 plus- looking mother into the theatre to watch 'Hannibal Rising'. I was awe-struck.. i mean.. its rlly quite ridiculous to bring an elderly to watch a violent movie rite?!! Some scenes were grotesque.. and I had to look away cos it was rlly violent to me.
I wonder how tt ah-mah felt?


On 16/3, I went to watch 'Alice in Wonderland' performed by Queensland Ballet!!!!
Hahah.. ya.. total change of genre rite? The theatre was filled with Caucasian kids and parents. My sister and I were lke the deivants in the crowd. Haha.. so fun!!

I loved the set and costume design. It was quite impressive.. I loved Humpty Dumpty, I din know tt he did not fall off the wall and that 'all the kinghorses and all the kingmen' were cleverly fooled ;)

I loved the white knight who couldnt stop falling down.

I loved the caterpillar and butterfly.. the dancer rlly flaunted his great torso.. his body lines were beautiful.

And after watching the show, I wouldn't consider 'Alice in wonderland' a children classics. It was definitely more than tt...
It rlly sets me thinking... :)

Baby Steps..

I'm no longer using crutches since 3 days ago (27/2) :) Finally, starting to be on both feet. The feeling is abit strange, cos i haven been walking normally for 2mths plus. Nevertheless, its a great feeling to feel my legs coming back to me once again :) My left foot is still limbing cos I cant rlly rotate it (it still hurts if i turn too much). Spasms are common nowadays but its ok.. i can walk slowly. Whats e hurry, dude?



Had a surprise visitor on 28/2. I was limping back home, and found a packet of choc milk accompanied with a small card at my doorstep. Haha...
