I walked out of the lecture theatre. It was a beautiful day.. erm..there was no birds singing.. ( this is not a disney world or disney blog) There was nice soothing breeze to ward off my fatigue Sometimes, all you need is the mother nature to give you relief. ( and i dun mean tt u can relief yourself in the bush or sth lke tt ok) ha.. ok. i'm turning this post into a funny one.
eh.. but i'm serious ok. let's start again..
I walked out of the Lecture theatre and stood right in front of the huge architecture. And i stared at it. some random tots flooded my mind:
Weber is right about disenchantment... the world is too cold and rational.. lacks of warmth.. lacks of humanity... everybody is too busy living in their own world.. too busy for other ppl.. too busy to understand wat's goin on in their lives. small simple things are no longer enchanting to them like hw it used to be. mother nature is taken for granted.
I looked beyond the modern architecture and saw white fluffy clouds drifting past the architecture.. and funny enuff.. even the clouds are moving at such fast speed...
For a moment, I tot the clouds are the ones rushing for time.. rushing for i dunno-wat.. while the architecture stood right there. Not moving an inch. Welcome to the complex world, buddy. I stood there.. staring at the clouds. Smiling to them and feeling the nice breeze. Without the architecture, I might not get to appreciate the clouds and the breeze.
Before I left, I told myself, "I wont lose the ability to feel enchanted. Cos' It's one of the most beautiful thing in life :) "
