A nice closure for The Olympics 2008 (for me)...
i) the season for clinching medals..
ii) when it ends, we are blessed with the precious memories of knowing someone from another part of the big big world.

Duck won the Singapore Tertiary Chinese Literature Award once again... :)
And this yr.. they've decided to give us sth additional.. a trophy.
Its weird.. e trophy reminds me of those trophies i got in primary school sports days.. haha! But this time round, its for literary writing.. not running.

Cheers to all who won the award this yr ( in the name of olympic spirit). But.. 3 THOUSAND CHEERS to all Singaporean born winners! WOAHAHHAHA!
xxx xxx
The Texas cousins.. uncle and aunt.
The stayover was memorable.
The hyperactive and mischievous little boy..

who cried when he cant sleep with his cousins (me n sis).
who refused to eat unless he sits with the ''yellow shirt cousin'' (me).
who refused to hold my dad's hand unless he holds mine as well.
who ran to me and hug me tightly when he sees me from a distance.
who grab my arms tightly/ suddenly "sayang" my face.
who said "hieeeee" to all stray cats tt we passed by in some coffeshops and claimed that the stray cats "hi" back to him when the cats merely meowed! -_- '''
who keeps asking me, "isnt that farrrneeyy??" in his american slang.

the little man who walked in front to protect the gals..
hahaha..

the kids claimed tt we r having a hair extension session. haha..
memories will soon be a distant recollection.. bits n pieces.. some seems familiar.. some jus simply slipped out of our mind as the years goes by.
Especially for the kids.. kids grow up so fast u know.
They wont rmb these little magical things tt they hve done.
The great memories they have left w us.
But no matter what.. no matter hw far the cousins are away from one another,
they are afterall..
cousins :)
